Phase 1: Foundation & Fire-Up (Weeks 1–4)

Goal: Build clarity, structure, and momentum

  • Deep dive into current lifestyle, habits, and goals

  • Set clear, measurable outcomes (fat loss, strength, body composition)

  • Build a simple nutrition strategy based on your schedule (not mine)

  • Set up your tracking systems (photos, training, habits, energy, biofeedback)

  • Lock in daily & weekly actions — no fluff, just what moves the needle

  • Quick wins to build confidence fast


Phase 2: Execution & Elevation (Weeks 5–12)

Goal: Get results and build consistency under real-life pressure

  • Weekly check-ins + course-correcting in real time

  • Deep coaching on gym performance while in deficit (not just weight loss)

  • Guidance on eating out, travel, bad weeks, high-stress days

  • Reframe mindset around scale, progress plateaus, and “slip-ups”

  • Build resilience and the ability to self-manage day-to-day nutrition

  • Troubleshoot energy dips, motivation drops, or compliance struggles


Phase 3: Refine & Reinforce (Weeks 13–20)

Goal: Lock in sustainability, avoid backsliding

  • Reassess goals — stay in fat loss or shift to maintenance/recomp

  • Reverse dieting (if needed) or refining macro targets

  • Upgrade food choices to match hunger, training, hormones, and real life

  • Improve meal timing, pre/post workout fueling, or protein variety

  • Deepen confidence and reduce reliance on tracking

  • Own your routine — we test how independent you can be


Phase 4: Exit Plan & Independence (Weeks 21–24)

Goal: Walk away with the tools to never need another coach again

  • Finalise your self-built system

  • Help YOU create your own nutritious meals

  • Create a maintenance or next-phase roadmap (bulk, maintenance, new goal)

  • Teach how to self-check progress 

  • Solidify mindset: no more “start over” mentality

  • Exit call & personal review pack: what you achieved, what to keep doing, and how to continue solo


Between-session support:

  • Email support as needed between calls

  • Ongoing accountability

  • Emergency “WTF do I do?” support for social events, travel, mental dips


Pricing Summary (as previously discussed):

  • Pay in full: $2,400 (save $480)

  • Monthly: $460/month x 6

  • Fortnightly: $120/weekly x 24

  • All include: 24 x coaching sessions + full support structure
