Fitness has a profound impact on mental well-being. It’s not just about lifting weights or running on a treadmill; it’s about shifting your mindset and improving your mental health. The more I worked on building strength in my body, the more I noticed how it positively impacted my mental state. Exercise is a natural mood booster—it releases endorphins, which are the body’s natural feel-good chemicals.
